Dito set up two Google Apps accounts for us. One on a PC the other on a Mac. The service was terrific. One of the account set-ups was proof of Murphy’s Law that every thing that can go wrong will. Dito stayed with me by phone and email, even over a weekend, to solve problems as they arose. I don’t know what I would have done without them.
Dito took us from the complicated exchange server hosted email loaded with spam to our current dream cloud-based email solution for our law firm of six-users in a matter of days (and brought all our old mail along with us) in a matter of days. The delay was caused by obstructions from our exchange support people who did not agree with our decision. But it’s been a few months now and we’ve been nothing but pleased. We’re using google sites to host and build on our internal procedures manual and as a repository for good ideas we may want to implement. Google Apps integrates with our law firm software, making our lives double easy. And I can’t believe how little Dito charged for what was super-responsive, super-helpful service. I’m hiring them again to move another domain I own over over to Google Apps. What a joy! And Jim is the best!

One of the leading direct-mail home improvement magazines in the country, TheHomeMag has converted to Google Applications Premium to provide added support for its franchisees. As we began to look at converting our 150 users in 19 offices across the US, it became apparent that we needed to find a GAP Deployment Vendor that had the ability to ensure a smooth and risk free conversion. After speaking with several GAP Implementation Vendors found on Google’s Solutions Marketplace, we decided to use DITO LLC. It was obvious when I spoke to a few references that Jim McNelis had made many customers very happy. Any technology conversion can be scary, and knowing that if we had issues, Dito’s team had deep resources inside Google made us much more comfortable. The cost of using Dito LLC is minor and the value is incalculable. All of our introductory docs were prepared and provided with our Company branding. The process of provisioning our users was all handled according to our needs, including the setup of all of our “groups”. We are not a company with 150 users under one roof. We are a Franchise and as such this conversion benefitted our Franchisees which are all independent companies and are regionally diverse. The key to success was rolling this conversion out in phased groups. We converted about ¼ of our users each week for four weeks. Dito LLC and Jim McNelis supported to our vision of a phased roll-out approach. TheHomeMag needed the comfort level which comes from knowing that if things got rough, we had a resource that had immediate access to the answers. We are looking forward to all of the great things that are in the pipeline with Google Premium Apps, and we are grateful to have found DITO LLC.
