*Dito Directory requires access to the following Google APIs:
- Apps API (for identifying domain admin)
- Contacts API (for working with personal/shared contacts)
- Documents List API (for getting a list of user spreadsheets for the upload)
- Spreadsheets API (for parsing spreadsheet data to perform actual upload)
