Google Apps Premier Edition extends 99.9% SLA to Calendar, Docs, Sites, & Talk

Today Google announced the extension of their 99.9% up-time guarantee to encompass all of Google Apps Premier Edition.  In addition to Gmail, which was already included, Calender, Docs, Sites, & Talk will now all enjoy the same guarantee.

Also included in the announcement is a great analysis of Google Apps up-time vs.  Exchange, Lotus Notes, & GroupWise. 

 

 

The article also highlights the advantages of having a hosted email solution vs. an on-site solution that these other options require.
