Jim McNelis
Jim eats, breathes, and sleeps all things Google Apps. He has been on this rigorous diet for the last 2 1/2 years. With this commitment, it is no surprise that he has earned the respect of his peers and recognition as a Google Apps subject matter expert. Jim’s background in web design and web hosting have been a perfect segway into cloud computing. His entrepreneurial instinct has served him well over the last decade, having taken part in several successful startups.

After graduating from Virginia Tech Engineering in ’04, Dan embarked on his own “Rotational Program” holding positions in Engineering & Sales/Marketing, Project Management, and Subcontract Management & Lean Six Sigma SME at Intel Corp, M.C. Dean, and Lockheed Martin, respectively.
Susan Cline
Susan’s passion for integrating technology into education stems from her belief in its importance for increasing the possibilities for collaboration and sustaining the lifelong pursuit of learning. Her unique educational and work experience in human resource management, web development, teaching, and instructional design have allowed her to provide innovative, collaborative and learner-centric solutions for companies like Google, Genentech, and San Francisco State University. She has authored three courses for Lynda.com on the subjects of Google Docs, Google Mail and Google Calendar. Susan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an M.A. in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University. She has over five years Instructional Design/eLearning experience and has been working in web development for the past ten years.
Matt Albert
Matt is a Web Developer/Designer and Instructional Designer with a passion for utilizing web technologies in education. The combination of web design and instructional design means that Matt brings an unparalleled level of expertise to web development and eLearning solutions. Matt has provided eLearning and web development solutions for Google, UCSF and SFSU. Outside of specialized eLearning solutions, Matt has also helped small businesses and individuals build and maintain their websites. Matt has a B.F.A in Writing from Emerson College and an M.A. in Instructional Technology from San Francisco State University.
Vinay Thakker
Vinay is an ambitious and talented software engineer with an expertise in business workflow improvement. His career began with G.E. Commercial Financial Services, where he was brought in to define inefficiencies in their business workflows, and correct them with custom-developed software solutions. Following that, he was hired by Penn State University to implement a complete, web-based, front-and-back office for their International Programs division. He has most recently been distinguished at Lockheed Martin for his superhuman strength and his work on navigation and threat-assessment systems for fast-attack nuclear submarines. Vinay brings together his professional expertise in engineering, web development, and business process automation to architect industry-leading Google App Engine and Google Web Toolkit-driven solutions that fulfill the unique needs of the modern business.
